6063-T6 aluminium tube
T6 temper 6063 has an ultimate tensile strength of at least 30,000 psi (207 MPa) and yield strength of at least 25,000 psi (172 MPa). In thicknesses of 0.124-inch (3.1 mm) or less, it has elongation of 8% or more; in thicker sections, it has elongation of 10%.
6061-T6 aluminium tube
T6 temper 6061 has an ultimate tensile strength of at least 42,000 psi (290 MPa) and yield strength of at least 35,000 psi (241 MPa).
Surface finish: Mill finish,Anodizing ,Poder coated, Electrophoresis, etc.
"Mill Finish" is the natural appearnace of the aluminum as it comes from the rolling mill or the aluminum extrusion mill. Aluminum with mill finish has a very lightly oxidized film and will wipe off with your bare finger and immediately form.
"Anodizing" is an electrolytic passivation process used to increase the thickness of the natural oxide layer on the surface of aluminum extrusions, ranging may from 0.0003 inches thick on up to 0.003 and on up. Anodizing increases corrosion resistance and wear resistance, also can be used for a number of cosmetic effects.
"Powder coating" is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. The coating is typically applied electrostaticall y and is then cured under heat to allow it to flow and form a skin.
