International Steel Association Object the Combination of Rio Tinto and BHP Billiton

It is report that the combination of BHP Biliiton and Rio Tinto has attracted more and more attentions. International Steel Association put out a statement on Nov. 19 in Brussels, it said that the two combination of the two Mining magnets will formed a substantive monopolize, EU should be holding down this case. And antitrust departments in EU, USA, China, Australia and Japan all noticed that this case will injure steel consumers and public benefit. President and Chairman of JFE, the biggest steel corporation in Japan suggested that the combination will injure the fair trading of iron ore, coking coal, copper and aluminum.
