BHP Billiton Exert Pressure on Rio Tinto

Financial Paper—CEO of BHP Biliiton Marius Kloppers stressed on Wednesday it is more outstanding than its competitor—Rio TInto, which place more express on Rio Tinto. BHP Billiton said they will continue to negotiate to both stockholders while considering to “adopting other measure”. Industries expect that Takeover Panel may sent “action or shut up” judgment to BHP Billiton. BHP Billiton has sent purchase agreement to Rio TInto last month, total value is 67 pound, to set up a leader on iron ore, coal, copper, aluminum and uranium industry.
