BHP Billiton expect to reach takeover contract during this week

BHP Billiton broad of directors is expecting to hold meeting in this week to reach a final contract on purchase Rio Tinto. BHP is endeavoring to raise money before Feb. 6. Rio Tinto plans to public its output in 2007 in this week.
