Argentina makes final AD ruling on China's aluminum foil

   It's reported that on March 9th, 2020, the Argentine Ministry of Production and Development announced affirmative final anti-dumping rulings on aluminum foil (Spanish: hojas de aluminio) originating in China, levied an anti-dumping duty with 28% from the FOB prices.

  The products involved were laminated aluminum foil with a thickness of 0.006 mm or more, 0.2 mm or less, and a width of 1,300 mm or less, excluding polished surfaces with an aluminum content of 99.2% by weight or more, a thickness of 6 microns or less, and a width of 500 mm aluminum foil.
  The customs code of the products involved is 7607.11.90. The resolution took effect from the date of its publication and was valid for five years.
