PPC Cancel Contract with Aluminum of Greece

Public Power Corporation (PPC), Greece’s biggest power producer, said it has got approval for cancelling the contract to sell electricity to Aluminium of Greece’s smelter at a reduced rate. The Athens court reversed an earlier court decision that inhibited PPC from changing the contract unilaterally, said PPC in an e-mailed statement.
