Shockholds of India Hindalco Industries Plan to Authorize Enterprise Merging Case

India Hindalco announced that according to resolution of Bombay Senior Court, its shareholders plan to hold a meeting on Nov. 12, try to make a decision on its unit with India Aluminum Company. India Hindalco Industries - Aditya Birla Group's flagship company will restructure two strategic departments: copper and aluminum departments. Hindalco Industries was put into production in the year 1963, it has only one aluminum company then in Runukoot of Uttar Pradesh . And its copper department is located in Bharuch of Gujarat. Its share price fell 2.75 rupees to 188.55 rupees. Its stock turnover on Bombay Stock Exchange is 1,240,246 shares.
