Nalco sold 30,000 ton alumina at $397/ton

Bombay, Feb. 26— a senior officer of Nalco said on Tuesday that Nalco has sold 30,000 ton alumina at $397/ton FOB in a bidding meeting. He said this alumina will shipped in March, the buyer come from UK. Earlier this month Nalco has sold 30,000 ton alumina at $437/ton to a Switzerland buyer, shipment date is in February. Nalco has also sold 6,000 ton aluminum at a price $65 higher than LME, shipment date is in March. Data shows that Nalco has sold 91,352 ton alumina in January and exported 6,972 ton aluminum.
