Vedanta’s 325KA electrolytic aluminum project has produced the first aluminum ingot, which stands for the success of Chalco’s second exporting project over electrolytic technique. The 325KA electrolytic aluminum project will be constructed into two phases, estimating an annual output of 500,000 tons and 608 electrolytic tanks, which is designed by Chalco International’s Guiyang Aluminum&Magnesium Designing Institute. The first phase of 250,000t-electrolytic-aluminum project has completed capital construction and put into operation. The project, following the successful building of the 320KA electrolytic project of Balco ( subsidiary of Vedanta), is the second aid-foreign project of Chalco, with its Guangxi brand mainly taking the task. India’s Vedanta sent a 35-player practice team to the Guangxi branch for training in December 18 last year and the staff obtained the basic advanced management and operation technique. Currently, the aid-foreign project is going forward on schedule. COPYRIGHT All rights reserved.
