Tokyo Steel Manufacturing Co , Japan's biggest construction steel maker, said on Tuesday it would leaves its steel prices for April shipments unchanged from March.

A company official said there were also worries about the impact of rolling power cuts implemented after a devastating earthquake and tsunami on March 11 damaged nuclear and thermal power facilities in northeast and eastern Japan.

The official added that the gap between Japanese and international prices could spur steel imports, especially from South Korea.
