Behavioral Conditions for 'Russian Aluminum' Might Be Changed

This statement was made by A. Uliyanov, Head of Department for Control and Supervision in Industry, Construction, Metallurgy and Ore-mineral Complex of the Federal Anti-monopoly Service during his speech at yesterday's meeting of the FAS expert council on the development of competition in the sphere of metallurgy. According to him, this will be possible if 'Russian Aluminum' in the established three-year period decides to conduct trading in aluminum through exchanges located in the territory of Russia and exclusively for rubles. The changes in behavioral conditions will apply only to pricing.
