South Korea Bought Aluminum Tube from China through Tariff loophole

Traders of South Korea said Metal Trading Company hope they can buy as much as aluminum tube from China, to fully utilize the Tariff loophole in the South Korea custom. It expects to import more than 50,000 ton aluminum tube in the following months. A trader from Seoul said that depends on how much China can yield; if possible, they want to purchase more than 50,000 tons. South Korea Customs released an interpretation terms recently, of these tubes used on remelting or molding, it is permitted to import at a low tariff. Aluminum is a low value-added product, can be used to remelting aluminum ingot.
