Vedanta Aluminum Smelter deals with South Korea's KPS

Korea Plant Service & Engineering Co. is reported to have reached $40M deals with an Indian aluminium smelter. The smelter, located in Orissa's Jharsuguda, is operated by Vedanta Aluminum Company. KPS, the subsidiary of Korea Electric Power Corp, listed in local stock exchange in December 2007. According to the agreement, KPS will respond for the operation and maintenance of power station between Mar 5, 2008 and Dec 31, 2013.
