Nalco Orissa Aluminum Integrated Project Second Period Extension Work Goes Well

Recently, Nalco Orissa aluminum integrated project second period extension work has half completed. Production extension work is expected to finished in December, 2008. Then Nalco alumina and electrolytic aluminium product capacity will increase to 2.1 million and 460 thousand from 1.57 million ton and 345 thousand. Power generating ability will increased to 1.2 million KWH from 960 thousand KWH. The progress of the three parts are: alumina part:48%, electrolytic aluminium:46%, power plant part:67%.
