Alcoa raises heat treat plate product prices

NEW YORK, Dec 4 (Reuters) - Alcoa Inc said on Friday its North American Rolled Products division raised prices for some heat treat plate products by 10 cents per lb for new orders placed on or after Dec. 4. Products included in the price increase are 6061 GE plate, including mold plate, and 6013 power plate. All existing orders and firm agreements confirmed before Dec. 4 will be honored, the company said in a release to customers. (Reporting by Chris Kelly; editing by Jim Marshall)
