The annual turnout of our factory contains 200 thousand tons of color steel, 1,500 thousand tons of particle board and 50 thousand tons of steel products.

Our company uses the hot-covered zinc or aluminum coil as basic material. Besides, we also use cold-covered and electric-covered zinc or aluminum coil as basic material. Our advanced manufacturing machinery is imported from England ABB Company and the material is XiNan aluminum. The basic materials are degreased and cleaned by water before they are used. Then the material will be covered by film. And on the film, macromolecule organic colophony are laid. The top layer of high-level coated plate is the interior lacquer and exterior lacquer. This kind of color plate boasts the characteristics of wide-use, ornamental purpose, easy-molded, and rust-resistance.
