Recently, some hearsay said that BHP Billiton will purchase Rio Tinto at a price 115$/Share, and the shock of Rio Tinto rose 3.3%, and rose 0.3% again today. In September, a report on Financial Times said that BHP Billiton may unit with Brazil to purchase Rio Tinto. If that is really happened, the two sides need to cope with many competition problems and divestitures matters, which will the biggest merging case in till now.”
