Global Alumina declared that third party exclusive acquisition consultations already expired， and the two has made an agreement on prolong this consultations Global Aluminum own 30% of Guinea aluminum refiner, this refiner annual output is 3mln. The other investors are BHP Billiton and Dubai Aluminum. Global hasn’t disclosed the third-party consultations, but Canada media said it is RUSAL.
