Chinalco mulls CNY497 Million River power plant of Lanzhou aluminum

Beijing, Oct 31 – Aluminum Corp of China (Chinalco), parent of Chalco, intends to acquire River power plant of Lanzhou aluminum. Chalco takes 49 percent stake of the power plant. According to China Equity Exchange Information Center, Chalco plans to sell its 49 percent stake in River plant, with the minimum price of CNY496.8108 million. Chinalco owns the remaining 51 percent stake of the plant. Chinalco keeps 40.464 percent of Chalco.
