Aluminum products plant in Delhi idles 30

RAYVILLE — Sapa Extrusions, Richland Parish's largest private employer, this week laid off more than 30 workers at its aluminum plant in Delhi due to a decline in business. The plant produces products used in vehicle parts and stadium seats, among other things.
