Vietnam adjusts AD duty rate on China’s aluminum extrusions

   On April 20, 2021, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) of Vietnam announced its final ruling of anti-dumping (AD) orders on aluminum extrusions originating in China, deciding to impose AD duties with a rate in a range from 4.39% to 35.58% on the subject goods from China, depending on producers and exporters.

  The products involved are under Vietnamese tariff codes 7604.10.10, 7604.10.90, 7604.21.90, 7604.29.10, and 7604.29.90, covering aluminum and non-alloy aluminum products in the forms of bars, rods, extruded, treated and untreated surface, processed and unprocessed.
  On January 11, 2019, the MOIT launched the AD investigation on China’s aluminum extrusions.
