Ess Dee Plan to Purchase Local Aluminum Manufacture

India Ess Dee company plan to purchase local Amco India Aluminum Company, this deal is 340-400 rupees, almost 3.5-4times of its market value. Amco India listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange, the market value is 80 million rupees. To Ess Dee Aluminum Company, it will gain a port in north India after this deal; it hasn’t any port in India now. And it will low its transportation cost. To Amco India that is a mutually profit deal. Management members said it will give no comments before the deal is completed.
