NALCO sells alumina at USD 318 per tonne

Reuters reported that India's state run National Aluminum Company Limited sold 30,000 tonnes of alumina for USD 318.23 per tonne FOB. The source said that the alumina, to be shipped by end of this month was purchased by trading firm Trafigura. NALCO, whose tenders serve as an international benchmark, last sold alumina at USD 300.50 per tonne in October via a spot market tender. (Sourced from Reuters)
