Kazakhstan Aluminum Smelter Completion

Yesterday, Kazakhstan Aluminum Smelter first period construction work completed. The first period production capacity is 62,500 ton, and expects increased to 125,000 ton in 3Q and reaches 250,000 ton/year before 2011. This smelter was investing by Eurasian Natural Resources Corp, which has a 1,500,000 ton alumina refiner in Pavlodar.
