MOSCOW--Russia exported 4.16 million metric tons of aluminum in 2006, a rise of 9.6% on the year, the Federal Customs Service reported Tuesday.
The aluminum exported in 2006 was worth $6.803 billion, compared with $5.978 billion in 2005.
Aluminum exports to countries outside the CIS in 2006 was 4.153 million tons, compared with 3.789 million tons in 2005.
The aluminum exported to countries outside the CIS in 2006 was worth $6.784 billion, compared with $4.963 billion in 2005.
