RUSAL Set to Boost Aluminum Production at New Plants to 500 Thousand Tons

MOSCOW, September 12 - This announcement was made by Director General of Russian Engineering Company Valery Matvienko. He said that Khakassia plant, which was put into operation in December 2006, is equipped with the most advanced electrolyzers - RA 300. Recently the company developed RA 400, whose implementation is underway. The next step will be the development of a powerful RA 500 electrolyzer.
