RUSAL's supplies estimated to last 50 years

Moscow -- United Company RUSAL produces enough raw materials to last the company 50 years, the company's Alumina Division Director Pavel Ovchinnikov told a press conference today. He also noted that the Russian aluminum giant's bauxite reserves were estimated at 2.528bn tonnes. UC RUSAL is interested in developing international projects in Vietnam, Indonesia, Australia and Brazil, according to Ovchinnikov, although he preferred not to elaborate until final agreements had been reached.
