RUSAL Plan to Invest on Aluminum Smelter Program in Pingfu Province of Vietnam

It is reported that RUSAL plan to invest on the construction of a hydroelectric power plants and bauxite, aluminum smelter. This plan is on primary stage, but it estimated the output of the smelter is 750,000 ton per year. Vietnam attracts many aluminum companies by its abundant bauxite, RUSAL is one of them.
