UC Rusal expect to extension business in China

UC Rusal said recently it expect to extend its business in China. Spokesman said it is negotiating on this matter now. Currently, RUsal has only one plant in Shanxi province in China, annual output is 15 thousand ton. some information said that the close of small scale and low output aluminum smelters and the growing resource fee give an opportunity to Rusal. Similar to China, Russia aluminum industry facilities are need advanced.
