UC Rusal cooperate with Sakhalin to build aluminum smelter

Russia Sakhalin Island governor A. Khoroshavin hold a news conference said construct a aluminum smelter in Sakhalin has significant meaning. They have signed MOU with UC Rusal, information related to this project has sent to development department. This project is also including a 1200 MW power station. The fund of this project is evaluating 100b rupees, 45b and 25b rupee of them will sponsor by Rusal and local government. The left 30b may come from other sponsor.
