Fuliya alumina refinery—which located in Guinea was infest by local residents because of long time power off. The hotel Rusal representatives stay in was also infested by local residents. UC Rusal holds the stock of this refinery and takes charge of its operation. The annual output of this refinery is 700,000 ton each year. The actual output in 2007 is 530,000 ton each. Though this refinery was confronted by large scale protest and road-rock, the workers are still keep working. So the output wasn’t influenced. Though Rusal is responsible to supply power to this refinery and the residents there, because of power crisis, the local residents and get power, so the condemn Rusal.
