RusAl IPO Could Be Moved

Oleg Deripaska expressed little concern over the possibility that the $2 billion initial public offering of his aluminum group United Company RusAl may be delayed until next year, he told the Financial Times. The billionaire said it would be “no problem” if the decision by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to delay a ruling on the listing until next week leads to the offering being stalled until 2010, noting that the company has a “very good cash flow,” the newspaper said.
