Dubai Aluminium 'Dubal', a Strategic Sponsor of this year's Water Energy Technology and Environment Exhibition 'WETEX 2012', is already taking full advantage of the opportunity to showcase its positioning and achievements in the core areas covered by the event.
During today's opening ceremony, at which H H Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum (Deputy Ruler of Dubai, UAE Minister of Finance and Chairman of the Dubal Board) conducted the official inauguration, Dubal focused specifically on its world-leading, in-house developed DX+ Technology reduction cell which, by operating at higher amperages, not only offers increased productivity but also reduces the impact of a smelter's operations on the environment through improved energy efficiency and minimised emission levels.
