Corus Intend to Sell its Aluminum Smelter

Steel Manufacture—Corus signed a intend letter with American Industrial Acquisition Corporation, to sell its two aluminum smelters, but give no detailed information of this deal. The two smelters are located in Delfzijl, Holland and Woerde, Germany. Spokesmen of Corus said the smelter in Holland has more than 475 workers, and Germany smelter has 480 workers. There is no plan to transfer production or simplify department.
