BHP Billiton said it has a better development prospect than Rio Tinto

CEO of BHP Billiton was tempted to make a merger negotiation yesterday, he said delay the negotiation means the deal will be over and stressed the attraction of its 150 billion’s offer. He also stirs up stockholders to place pressure on Rio Tinito’s board of directors. It hasn’t indicated that if they will raise the price, though promise the stock of Rio Tinto has risen.
