LONDON--Total world aluminum inventories in February 2007 fell by 101,000 metric tons to 2.905 million metric tons, from 3.006 million tons in January, according to figures released Monday by the International Aluminum Institute.
February's figure was down 231,000 tons from the February 2006 production figure of 3.136 million tons.
