More interesting than yesterday's draws—all of them came at Baltimore—was the surge in fresh cancellation activity at the same east coast US location. A total 2,500t moved into the cancelled category at Baltimore, split between 1,760t of ingot and 740t of T-bar. That's boosted cancelled tonnage in the system to two-month highs and ensures solid "out" side activity in the coming days.
