So far there has been no mass drawdown of the big (17,725t) tonnage cancelled at Trieste, Wednesday bringing the second consecutive day of modest outflow at the Italian location.
As such, draws remain low-key—reflecting low cancelled tonnage everywhere else but Trieste. The current cancelled tonnage figure is being flattered by that Italian tonnage—it still amounts to 17,450t. Stripping it out of the equation shows all the other locations together hold just 17,375t, which is a very low level.
Even including the Trieste tonnage, the overall ratio of cancelled tonnage in the system is just 4.2%, which is also a low level by historical standards.
